We understand that you can’t just close down chairs, risk patient privacy, or redo your entire website every time a staff member moves on. That’s why we threw out the traditional photography playbook to create a media service built exclusively for busy clinics. With zero-downtime scheduling, strict compliance-first auditing, and modular team portraits that are effortless to update as your practice grows, we capture the authentic, trust-building visuals you need to convert anxious web traffic into loyal patients—all without costing you a single hour of patient production.

With ObjectiveTop, your website and online presence grow alongside your business. You get real people, real results, and total control.

Before you even pay a penny, you’ll see a live working version of your website. You get to approve it, suggest edits, and only then confirm your subscription.
Our packages are built for local, service-based businesses that want a professional website, strong Google presence and more reviews – without large upfront costs or constant micro-management.
Plumbers, electricians, builders, roofers, cleaners, gardeners.
Hair & beauty salons, nail bars, massage and therapy clinics.

If your customers find you on Google and choose you based on reviews, we’re likely a very good match for our services.
We have created a 5-step process to help you get authentic visual assets for your evolving dental practice without relying on cheesy stock images. Search engines dismiss them, and patients or prospects can spot them from miles away. And it could be embarrassing having the same visuals as the competition. Maintain a fresh, up to date professional image for your business. Here is what you have to do:
Start by getting in touch. Write to us on WhatsApp or at our email address: cosmin@objectivetop.com. A few words about yourself and the business details would be an icebreaker. Describe your project details: why do you need new photos and videos? You want to refresh the website, or maybe you`ve recently invested in new gadgets and want to show them to the public, or maybe there have been many changes to your team. What is the timeframe for getting the project done?
2. Book an on-site photo session
Once we have discussed the details, simply book the on-site session. A booking fee will be required to confirm the booking. The time frame from booking confirmation to the session itself may depend on workload, but usually is about 2-4 weeks. Once you book your session, please consider obtaining consent from your team members and models to participate in the photo session and to use their images in commercial photographs.

3. The onsite photo / video session
Time to be yourself and shine! We will ask you to follow the advice and guidance we have provided throughout the conversation to date. This will ensure a smooth, easy process. We will shoot individual portraits of the team, moments of interaction between staff members and patients, devices, and showcase models for different procedures and treatments. Where available, we will incorporate branding elements in the images and clips we create for your practice.
4. Download the pictures and videos you like
After selecting the worthy pictures, they will be available for browsing online. The ones you pick will be retouched. The chosen pictures will be delivered in JPEG format.
Short 15-30-second unedited clips will also be readily available. They could be used "as is" on platforms like Google Business Profile. Clip editing is available, and the investment will be discussed on a per-case basis.
5. Update your GBP, website and social media with your on site pictures and videos
This stage should be a breeze, as you have all of the assets. You may want to request prints of the pictures. This would greatly support us. Also, you can discuss other ways we may help your dental practice: an extensive photo or video shoot, website creation, GBP management, or genuine review generation.
For your website`s visual refresher, that avoids a full site redesign.
When updating your practice`s Google Business Profile.
For creating social media content, in a guided assisted way, with out hustle.
After your investment in teh image of your premises.
When expanding or changing your team.
For when expanding your services and updating your marketing materials.

Because your online presence often gives patients their first impression of your practice before they ever speak to your team.
Fresh, professional images can help your practice look cleaner, warmer, more trustworthy and more established across your website, Google Business Profile and social media. They can also help patients feel more familiar with your team, your building and your treatment environment before they book.
This is especially useful if your current photos are old, dark, inconsistent, taken on different phones, or no longer reflect how the practice looks today.
You can, and phone photos are useful for quick social media updates.
The difference is that professional practice photography is planned. It considers lighting, angles, room layout, staff positioning, reflections, clutter, brand consistency and how the images will actually be used online.
A phone can take a good photo. A planned shoot creates a useful library of marketing assets for your website, Google Business Profile, social media, adverts and printed materials.
The shoot is designed to be as practical and low-disruption as possible.
The GBP Mini Refresh takes around 60–90 minutes on site, while the Practice Content Refresh takes around 2–2.5 hours on site.
Before the session, we agree the main shots needed so the visit is structured and efficient. In many cases, we can work around the flow of the practice and focus on key areas when they are available.
That is completely normal.
The goal is not to make the practice look fake. The goal is to present it at its best: clean, organised, welcoming and professional.
Small preparation steps can make a big difference, such as clearing reception desks, removing clutter, preparing surgeries, checking uniforms and hiding patient information.
You do not need a luxury clinic to benefit from professional images. Patients usually want to see a real, trustworthy and approachable practice.
This is one of the most common concerns.
The shoot can be kept relaxed and natural. Staff do not need to pose like models. In many cases, the best images are simple, friendly and professional: a welcoming smile, a natural conversation, a team photo, or a staged interaction.
We can also avoid close-up portraits if your team is uncomfortable and instead focus on wider team images, working-style shots, rooms, reception, equipment, signage and patient journey-style images.
No. Most practice marketing shoots can be done without real patients.
We can use staff, staged scenes, models, non-identifiable angles or room-based photography. This keeps things simpler and avoids unnecessary privacy issues.
If real patients are included, the practice must arrange proper written consent before the shoot.
Patient confidentiality is very important.
Before the shoot, the practice should make sure patient records, appointment screens, forms, prescriptions, notes and personal details are not visible.
During the session, we will avoid knowingly capturing identifiable patient information. However, the practice is responsible for preparing the environment and making sure confidential information is not on display.
Yes. Anyone who appears clearly in the photos or videos should know how the images may be used and should agree to being photographed or filmed for marketing purposes.
The practice is responsible for making sure staff, contractors, models, visitors or patients have given appropriate permission before the shoot.
Light editing includes professional adjustments such as brightness, colour correction, contrast, cropping, straightening, sharpening and general image consistency.
It does not include heavy Photoshop work, background replacement, advanced skin retouching, removing large objects, changing facial features, body reshaping or complex image manipulation.
More detailed editing is available separately as advanced retouching.
A raw video clip is a short video file supplied without full editing, branding, music, captions or transitions.
It can be used for simple social posts, website background sections or future editing.
If you want a more polished result, we can create edited branded short videos with trimming, sequencing, captions, music where suitable, logo placement and social-media-ready formatting.
You can use the final delivered images and videos to promote your own dental practice across your:
Website, Google Business Profile, social media, Google posts, email marketing, printed leaflets, brochures, local adverts, recruitment posts, treatment pages and internal practice materials.
The aim is to give you useful content that can work across several marketing channels.
Yes. Your delivered files will be suitable for common practice marketing uses, including your website, Google Business Profile and social media.
This means you can update your online presence without needing to resize, crop or prepare everything from scratch.
Yes, they can support your profile by making it look more active, current and trustworthy.
Fresh images can show patients what to expect when they visit, including the outside of the building, reception, waiting area, treatment rooms and team. This can be especially useful when patients are comparing several local dental practices.
Professional images do not guarantee more bookings on their own, but they can improve how your practice is presented when people find you online.
They can.
Many patients feel anxious before visiting a dental practice, especially if they are new patients. Seeing clear, friendly and up-to-date images of the building, reception, staff and treatment environment can make the practice feel more familiar before they arrive.
Good photography can help remove some of the uncertainty.
Older photos may no longer reflect your practice.
Your team may have changed, rooms may have been updated, branding may be different, equipment may have improved, or your current images may not match the quality of your services.
Outdated images can make a practice feel neglected online, even when the real experience is much better.
Yes.
Before the session, we can discuss what you need most. This may include exterior photos, reception, waiting area, surgeries, team images, detail shots, branding, equipment, social media clips or website banner images.
A planned shoot is more useful than simply taking random photos around the practice.
We recommend preparing the key areas you want photographed.
This may include clearing reception desks, tidying waiting areas, preparing surgeries, removing visible bins or clutter, checking uniforms, cleaning mirrors and glass, preparing signage, and making sure key staff know when they are needed.
The better the preparation, the better the final result.
We will do our best with the available time and conditions.
However, the final result depends partly on the environment. If rooms are unavailable, staff are missing, areas are cluttered, or patient information is visible, this may limit what can be captured.
For best results, we recommend agreeing a simple preparation checklist before the shoot.
Yes, this can be agreed before the shoot.
For smaller shoots, we may select the strongest images based on quality and usefulness. For larger shoots, you may be given a preview gallery to choose from, depending on the agreed workflow.
The aim is to deliver the most useful images for your marketing, not overwhelm you with hundreds of files you will never use.
You can order extra images.
For the GBP Mini Refresh, extra images are £23 each.
For the Practice Content Refresh, extra images are £23 each.
This keeps the package affordable while giving you the option to expand the final gallery if you would like to keep more images.
Yes, the images can be used in your marketing.
However, your practice remains responsible for making sure any treatment claims, clinical statements, before-and-after examples, testimonials or advertising messages follow the relevant professional and advertising rules.
We provide the visual content. You approve how it is used in your dental marketing.
We keep it simple.
Before booking, you will receive the service details and terms of service. By confirming the booking and making payment, you agree to the package, usage licence, cancellation terms, refund policy and client responsibilities.
This protects both sides and makes sure everything is clear before the shoot.
Yes.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are genuinely unhappy with the delivered images and the issue cannot be resolved with reasonable adjustments.
We want you to feel confident booking the service, especially if your practice has never had a professional content session before.
Tell us within 7 days of receiving your gallery and explain what you are unhappy with.
Where possible, we will first offer reasonable adjustments, such as changes to brightness, colour, crop, file format or minor editing style.
If you are still not happy and do not want to use the images, we will refund the package fee under our money-back guarantee.
If a full refund is issued, the image and video licence ends.
This means the files must not be used, published, copied, shared, downloaded, stored or kept for future use. Any files already used online, including on your website, Google Business Profile or social media, must be removed.
This keeps the guarantee fair for both sides.
Yes. The guarantee does not cover issues caused by lack of preparation, unavailable staff, rooms not being ready, lack of consent, major changes to the brief after the shoot, poor weather for exterior images, or personal preferences that could not reasonably be predicted.
For example, we cannot guarantee that every staff member will love every photo of themselves. However, we will always aim to create professional, flattering and useful marketing images.
Bad weather can affect exterior photos.
If outdoor images are important, we can either work with the conditions on the day or focus more on indoor content. If the weather makes key exterior shots unsuitable, rescheduling that part may be discussed depending on availability and the package agreed.
Copyright remains with the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your practice receives a broad usage licence for the final delivered images and videos, allowing you to use them for your own dental practice marketing.
This gives you practical freedom to use the content while keeping ownership and licensing clear.
Your dental practice receives a non-exclusive licence to use the final delivered images and videos to promote the named practice.
This includes use on your website, Google Business Profile, social media, printed materials, email marketing, recruitment posts, local advertising and internal practice materials.
Most independent dental practices will not need extended licensing.
Extended licensing may be needed if the images are used by another business, another clinic, a dental group, a franchise, a supplier, a training provider, a national campaign, billboards, TV, cinema, stock image platforms or third-party commercial advertising.
For normal practice marketing, the included licence is designed to be generous and practical.
Yes.
You can give the final files to your website designer, SEO provider, social media manager, print designer or marketing agency, as long as they are using them only to promote your dental practice.
They cannot resell the images, use them for another business, or use them for their own separate commercial purposes.
Only with your permission.
Because dental practices work in a sensitive healthcare environment, we prefer to ask before using any client images in our own portfolio, website or social media.
The delivery timeframe will be confirmed before booking.
Delivery depends on the package, the number of selected images, the level of editing required and whether any additional videos or retouching are ordered.
If you need the content for a website launch, Google Business Profile update or marketing campaign, please mention this before the shoot.
No.
This service is suitable for independent dental practices, mixed practices, private clinics, start-ups, squat practices, established practices and practices that simply need better online images.
You do not need to look like a luxury clinic. You just need images that honestly present your practice in a professional, clean and welcoming way.
You get a ready-to-use set of images and video clips that make your practice look current, trustworthy and approachable online.
Instead of relying on old photos, stock images or quick phone shots, you have content that actually shows your real team, real premises and real patient environment.
