We have created a 5-step process to help you get authentic visual assets for your evolving dental practice without relying on cheesy stock images. Search engines dismiss them, and patients or prospects can spot them from miles away. And it could be embarrassing having the same visuals as the competition. Maintain a fresh, professional image for your business. Here is what you have to do:
Start by getting in touch. Write to us on WhatsApp or at our email address: cosmin@objectivetop.com. A few words about yourself and the business details would be an icebreaker. Describe your project details: why do you need new photos and videos? You want to refresh the website, or maybe you`ve recently invested in new gadgets and want to show them to the public, or maybe there have been many changes to your team. What is the timeframe for getting the project done?
2. Book an on-site photo session
Once we have discussed the details, simply book the on-site session. A booking fee will be required to confirm the booking. The time frame from booking confirmation to the session itself may depend on workload, but usually is about 2-4 weeks. Once you book your session, please consider obtaining consent from your team members and models to participate in the photo session and to use their images in commercial photographs.
3. The onsite photo session
Time to be yourself and shine! Unless otherwise discussed, we will spend around 2 hours at your location. We will ask you to follow the advice and guidance we have provided throughout the conversation to date. This will ensure a smooth, easy process. We will shoot individual portraits of the team, moments of interaction between staff members and patients, devices, and showcase models for different procedures and treatments. Where available, we will incorporate branding elements in the images and clips we create for your practice.
4. Download and pay only for the pictures and videos you like
Choose and pay for the bundles you like. After selecting the worthy pictures, they will be available for browsing online. The ones you pick will be retouched. The chosen pictures will be delivered in JPEG format and will be licensed for use on your website and in small-print marketing materials. A more extensive licence for use can be discussed on an individual basis.
Short 15-30-second unedited clips will also be available. They could be used as they are on platforms like Google Business Profile. Editing of the clips is available, and the investment involved will be discussed on a per-case basis.
5. Update your GBP, website and social media with your on site pictures and videos
This stage should be a breeze, as you have all of the assets. You may want to request prints of the pictures. This would greatly help us. Also, you can discuss the other ways we may be able to help your dental prcatice: website creation, GBP management or genuine review generation.
