For the stands to generate revies you need:
- good WiFi or mobile internet at your location
- for the stands to be placed next to the point of sale or in visible areas
- you will need your staff to be proactive and ask customers for their review.
Unfortunately, it can. The colour stands only increase the chances for a client to leave a review by cutting down on the steps required to leave a review. Additionally, it guides your clients on leaving the perfect review.
The quality of your products or services is in your hands. Reviews may reveal areas for improvement, especially if clusters of reviews point towards the same disappointment. Iteration and improvement are evolution.
Our advice is only to use review number enhancement methods if you know you offer products and services that your current clients like.
You sure can! You can ask for a custom project involving your stands. The size, colour scheme, copy or target review request platform, or functionality can be designed per your business needs.
Yes, they can. They have to access your review request page and follow the steps indicated by the platform.
Of course, you can. Redirecting to URLs for menus (in the case or restaurants, for example) or customer services is "safe" usage for the stands, as not all functions available for NFC tags and QR codes are accepted by all smartphones. One can use them to share Wi-Fi credentials. Sometimes, multiple functions can be combined on the same stand.
IMPORTANT!
We will not help you set up stands for malicious purposes, for promoting adult or violent content, etc. We reserve the right to decline projects we think could be used for malicious purposes.
Of course, you can! We can send you a custom-made stand to use at your location for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, we will get in touch and see how the stand works for you. If you don`t like it, the demo stand will stop redirecting towards your review request page. If you like it, we will send you the additional request stands; the minimum is 9 ( including the trial one).
You can choose from the five colour schemes ( red, green, yellow, blue, or black) and upload your logo in the website`s interface. For custom projects, you can also customize the text, or select a bespoke design service for unique colour schemes, text, and sizes.
The stands are made from tear-proof, printable paper. They are meant to work in harsh environments but are not waterproof or indestructible. The stands could also be attached to the underlying surface, so as long as the bond is strong, the chances of it coming off are slim to none. The QR code can be scanned for as long as the ink is visible, and the NFC tag should exceed 5000 taps.
So long as the stand is not taped excessively to change its shape or used in extreme or outdoor environments, it should last a good while.
Unless you otherwise decide, we will set the QR code and the NFC tag to redirect users to your business profiles on one of the review platforms. The QR code is printed so it can not be tampered with unless a third party places a sticker with a spammy QR code. Writing on all of our NFC tags is password protected, and it would be difficult for a third party to alter the destination URL.
However, we recommend regular checks of the stand`s both the QR code and tap function.
For functionally outside URL redirecting or dedicated review request platforms, we reserve the right to decline setting up target URLs that point to malicious destinations. We would screen the final URL and/or functionality and look for potential harm before starting all of our projects.
